This amount will be paid directly to M/S Multicloud4u Technologies India with UAM No. HR05D0024075 registered in Haryana India.
As we have to commit to the venue and a logistic either virtual or physical a refund can only be requested 3 days before the actual event date.
For requesting a refund before three days of the batch start.
100% of the amount is refundeded deducting payment gateway charges, any tax liabilty and admin fee if exists capped between 5 to 20% of the total purchase amount at max.
For requesting a refund within 3 days of the session or the event or after the session has started?
Within three days to the event and Until your batch, session Has started.
60% of the total amount is refunded
After the session has started, encase of no show:-
25% of the total amount is refunded
Encase of an event not meeting your expectation

We will try to support you to the extent possible after reviewing the feedback from other attendees of your sessions and try getting a refund at the maximum extent possible deducting admin and logistic charges.
Payment Gateway And Payment Methods
We have complete integration with Razorpay and partial integration with PayPal**
For Payment done using Razorpay:-
Any payment done through Razorpay instantly enables you for our services.
Once you will click payment button you will be taken to Razor Pay popup widget, completely managed and secured by Razor Pay India Navigate to Razorpay site and help page.
For Payment, done through a method other than Razorpay or via our partners such as Eventbrite, PayPal, Facebook, Alibaba cloud and third-party integrators, we take 1 to 2 working hours to 2working days (working hours 9 AM IST to 10 PM IST) to activate your links as these systems are currently integrated with our backend system only, and need our team to verify and confirm the payment.
Personal and Card information
We do not store any Payment and Card Info, and its solely managed by the payment gateway. Navigate to Razorpay site and help page.

Time of refund processing
It ideally takes around 5-7 working days to process the refund and reflect in your bank account encase its delayed? mail us at [email protected]

For International Payments
we operate through multiple partners in that country to handle refund and taxation, please refer to the partner sites refund and taxation policy.
Please note:: This payment is non-refundable encase if you paid for recorded sessions or event dates have passed.
