Position Overview:

Remitap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend systems. You will work closely with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to build robust microservices and ensure our applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into functional backend solutions.
• Assist in migrating existing systems to a microservices-based architecture.
• Implement and advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing practices.
• Conduct peer code reviews and uphold coding best practices and architectural standards.
• Work with DevOps teams to enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ensure backend systems meet high standards of reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed systems.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development with .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the fintech industry or financial applications.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its integration with enterprise systems.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or microservices architecture.
