Payment, Delivery, and Certification Terms and Conditions for 5thir.com - Training and Event Management Portal
These comprehensive Payment, Delivery, and Certification Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users ("User" or "You") of the 5thir.com Training and Event Management Portal ("Portal"), owned by Multicloud4u Technologies India ("Multicloud4u," "We," or "Us"). This Agreement outlines the payment procedures, session delivery, certification processes, and associated terms for services offered on the Portal within the jurisdiction of India.
1. Payment and GST:
1.1. Payments for courses, events, and sessions can be made using the payment gateways provided by RazorPay and PayPal.
1.2. All payments are inclusive of a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% as required by Indian tax regulations. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) displayed includes the applicable GST.
2. Session Delivery:
2.1. Paid sessions, whether online meetings or in-person sessions, will be delivered as per the mode specified during registration.
2.2. Users will receive detailed information regarding the session schedule, access links, and any required materials via email or other communication channels provided during registration.
3. Certification Process:
3.1. Upon completion of the session, course, or event, different levels of certificates will be awarded to candidates based on the following criteria:
Organizers and instructors provide feedback.
Automated assessment exams conducted on the subject, if applicable.
3.2. Certificates will be issued electronically and made available to Users through their accounts on the Portal. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information for certificate delivery.
4. Recording and Materials:
4.1. Paid session recordings are password protected to ensure secure access. Users will receive separate communication containing the necessary password to access these recordings.
4.2. Digital course materials and slides, if applicable, will be uploaded to the Portal or shared through designated communication channels. Users will receive a separate email or message confirming successful processing or upload of these materials.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
5.1. Refund and cancellation policies apply as mentioned in the earlier section. Users are encouraged to review the specific policies for courses, events, and sessions before making a payment.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks:
6.1. For disputes or chargebacks, Users should follow the guidelines specified in the refund policy of the respective course, event, or session.
7. Data Privacy:
7.1. Multicloud4u respects User privacy and complies with data protection laws. Personal and payment information is processed and stored securely.
8.1. Multicloud4u retains the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment:
9.1. By making a payment on the 5thir.com Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Payment, Delivery, and Certification Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from making payments and utilizing the services provided by the Portal. Your use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of these terms.
