Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 3+ years of strong, hands-on experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces and drive best practices in UI development. Familiarity with backend technologies, DevOps, and security protocols is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development efforts across projects, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Build and optimize responsive, accessible, and high-performance web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Leverage advanced layout techniques including Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, and CSS animations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
• Apply frameworks such as React or Angular to develop modular and dynamic user interfaces.
• Use Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to streamline design and responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
• Contribute to version control and CI/CD workflows using Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Collaborate with backend developers working in Java (Java 21+, Spring Boot 3, Quarkus) and cloud-native environments.
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Promote secure development practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security integration (where applicable).
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to frontend best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expert in HTML5, semantic markup, and CSS3.
• Proficient with modern CSS practices including animations, transitions, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design.
• Strong JavaScript skills with experience in DOM manipulation, event handling, and modular scripting.
• Experience in frontend frameworks: React or Angular (basic to intermediate level).
• Hands-on experience with jQuery and progressive enhancement techniques.
• Strong command of Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Proficient in design collaboration using UI/UX tools and image editing software.
• Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Basic understanding of backend systems, Java 21+, Project Loom, and microservices architecture.
• Awareness of web security practices including JWT and OAuth2.
