Job Overview

We are seeking a UiPath Automation SME/Business Analyst with expertise in intelligent automation and banking operations to drive process discovery, documentation, and implementation of RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless automation delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Automation Strategy

• Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture AS-IS workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Define TO-BE processes leveraging UiPath RPA capabilities, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Prioritize automation use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.

Documentation & Solution Design

• Prepare detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborate on Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Map workflows using BPMN tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and document system interactions, exceptions, and decision points.
• Support effort estimation, resource planning, and technical feasibility assessments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business teams (Banking Operations) and RPA developers to align expectations.
• Validate automated processes against requirements and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• UiPath Expertise
• Leverage UiPath tools (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding) to design scalable solutions.
• Stay updated on UiPath’s AI/ML capabilities and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in Business Process Analysis or RPA-focused roles, with 2+ years specializing in UiPath.
• Proven experience in end-to-end automation lifecycle (discovery → deployment).
• Strong documentation skills (PDDs, SDDs) and proficiency in process mapping tools.
• Familiarity with banking operations (e.g., loan processing, KYC, payments) is a plus.
• Exposure to UiPath Process Mining/Task Mining, Automation Hub, or CoE frameworks is desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RPA governance, ROI tracking, or CoE setup.
• Experience with AI/ML-enhanced automation (e.g., Document Understanding, chatbots).
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders across business and IT.
• Analytical mindset to assess process inefficiencies and automation potential.
• Problem-solving aptitude to address technical/business challenges.
