About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and drive hiring for diverse software development roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing top tech talent across domains like AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, RPA (UiPath), Data Engineering, Power BI, Full-Stack, Mobile, QA, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & software development roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with tech leaders & hiring managers to define job requirements, skills assessments, and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct technical screenings for roles like:
  • RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Data Engineering (ETL, Big Data, Python, SQL, Spark)
  • DevOps (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Power BI / Tableau / Data Analytics
  • Full-Stack (React, Node.js, Java, Python, .NET)
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • AI/ML, Cybersecurity, QA, Mobile (Flutter, React Native)
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards & reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Support employer branding (tech talks, hackathons, LinkedIn engagement).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in IT recruitment, with hands-on experience hiring for software development roles.
  • Strong technical screening ability (ability to assess resumes, portfolios, and coding skills).
  • Expertise in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Startup/tech company experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment for startups, IT, or large-scale hiring will be a plus.
