Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UiPath RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using UiPath and should have independently worked on 4–6 end-to-end automation processes. Strong knowledge of regular expressions, Excel automation, and web automation is essential. Experience in using REFramework for process design and exception handling is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
• Work on web automation including dynamic selectors, data extraction, and browser handling.
• Automate Excel-based operations such as data transformation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Use regular expressions (regex) to handle data parsing and complex string manipulation.
• Implement reusable components using REFramework with robust exception handling and retry logic.
• Analyze and understand business processes for automation suitability and deliver optimized solutions.
• Maintain and monitor bots in production, handling exceptions and change requests as needed.
• Document processes, technical design, and deployment steps thoroughly.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Proficient in web automation, Excel automation, and regex.
• Strong working knowledge of REFramework.
• Experience in 4–6 end-to-end automation processes in production.
• Familiarity with Orchestrator, queues, assets, and logging best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Preferred).
• Experience with other RPA tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like Jira, Confluence.
