Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure digital business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SharePoint Development:

• Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites and pages.
• Customize SharePoint functionalities, workflows, and templates.
• Configure permissions, content types, and metadata.

2. Power Platform Development:

• Build low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps.
• Automate business workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop portals using Power Pages (as needed).

3. Integration & Solution Design:

• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with third-party systems and Azure services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless data flow and solution interoperability.

4. Maintenance and Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize solution performance, usability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and data protection standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, and development best practices.

6. Learning & Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest features, best practices, and updates related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Recommend and implement enhancements based on business needs and technology trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site configuration, customization, and security.
• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft environments.
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform and/or SharePoint certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, MS-600) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Teams integration.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell or scripting for SharePoint administration.
