Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel Developer to join our offshore team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of proven hands-on experience with Siebel CRM implementations, customizations, and integrations. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to ensure robust and scalable Siebel CRM solutions that meet business requirements.

The role requires strong expertise in Siebel Tools, eScript/JavaScript, Siebel configuration, and best practices in Siebel development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Siebel CRM solutions according to business requirements and technical specifications.
• Customize Siebel application modules including configuration, scripting (eScript/JavaScript), and workflow development.
• Develop and maintain integration between Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems using EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel configurations, scripting, and integration points.
• Optimize Siebel applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct unit testing, assist with system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
• Follow Siebel development best practices and maintain adherence to coding standards and version control.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Siebel applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development and customization.
• Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Siebel Configuration, and Workflow development.
• Proficiency in eScript and JavaScript scripting within Siebel.
• Experience with Siebel EAI for system integrations (Web Services, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Siebel Open UI framework is a plus.
• Good understanding of Siebel Data Model, Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), and Siebel Assignment Manager.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with offshore and onshore teams.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Conditions:

• This is a 100% offshore role based in India.
• Candidate must be willing to work according to UAE business hours.

Preferred Skills:

• Siebel certification is an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-based CRM environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle DB, PL/SQL for backend data handling related to Siebel CRM.
