We are looking for an experienced BI Developer / Data Analyst / TM1 Consultant to join a global financial organization in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Cognos TM1, data modeling, and analytical reporting, enabling actionable insights for enterprise-level business and financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Cognos TM1 cubes, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
- Design and implement efficient data models, including dimensional and entity-relationship (ER) models.
- Create and optimize SQL-based reports and interactive dashboards for key business users.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across financial and operational domains.
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions.
- Participate in system integration, testing, and performance tuning of analytics solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Cognos TM1 development.
- Proficient in developing and managing TM1 cubes, rules, and TI processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Expertise in data modeling techniques (dimensional and ER).
- Experience working in complex business environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos Analytics is a plus.
