Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, or Succession & Development. This role offers remote work in US Central Time (CST) with a minimum commitment of 4 hours daily. Working hours will be agreed upon between the client and the resource based on mutual preference within US CST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Provide expert-level guidance on best practices, ensuring high-quality design, architecture, and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Lead and support the integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting for new releases and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and assist in change management efforts.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that SuccessFactors solutions align with company objectives and HR processes.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors trends, updates, and innovations.
Working Hours & Remote Work Setup:
- This is a part-time and remote role requiring 4 hours of daily work.
- The consultant must be available to work within US Central Time (CST).
- Working hours will be determined by mutual agreement between the consultant and the client, offering flexibility within US CST timeframes.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong expertise in at least two modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, or Succession & Development.
- Experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solutions and knowledge of SuccessFactors releases and roadmaps.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations with SAP HCM, Payroll, and other HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in HR processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
