Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Solutions Marketing Specialist to accelerate our growth in the AI, business automation, and data solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of B2B technology sales and marketing, and a keen ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business value for enterprise clients.

You will be a key driver in identifying new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies that position our innovative offerings for maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across AI, data, and automation domains.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Pitch solutions to enterprise clients with compelling ROI-focused narratives and business storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and consulting teams to refine value propositions.
  • Lead outreach efforts through LinkedIn, events, networking, and email/CRM automation.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and clients.
  • Stay updated with trends, competitive landscape, and innovations in AI, RPA, and data-driven technologies.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, content creation, and thought leadership assets to support sales enablement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, solution marketing, or business development, preferably in the AI, data, or automation domain.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Business Automation (RPA, BPM, etc.), and Data Platforms (BI, analytics, cloud data).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Snowflake, Azure ML, or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to solution consulting, presales, or technical marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
