Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development and infrastructure processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects from initiation through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, infrastructure engineers, QA testers, and business analysts.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track progress using Agile or traditional project management methodologies.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing IT/software development or infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, networks, and security concepts.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
