Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IBM Cognos TM1 models including Cubes, Dimensions, Business Rules, and TI Processes without wizard support
• Design and optimize TM1 applications including feeder and skip checks for performance improvement
• Lead the integration of TM1 with DevOps/DevSecOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and support CI/CD pipelines
• Define and implement standards around development, containerization, orchestration, and automation
• Design and implement secure TM1 environments using TM1’s security features and best practices
• Act as a technical SME for Data Platform transformation, providing solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams for Spark + DeltaLake integration, PostgreSQL optimization, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and architecture standards

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• TM1 Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing TM1 Cubes, Rules, Processes, and Security layers
• DevOps Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and version control systems
• Scripting & Automation: Strong experience in Python, Shell scripting for automation and integration
• Data Integration: Experience with SQL, MDX, Excel, and Visual Basic
• Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and PostgreSQL
• Containerization & Orchestration: Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Zookeeper, etc.
• Spark Ecosystem: Exposure to Spark UI, DeltaLake, and related components

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with a team-oriented approach
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Methodologies:

• Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Disciplined Agile)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps best practices

Candidate Fitment Criteria:

• Experience: 7–8 years in IT with a minimum of 5 years in TM1 Development
• Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
• Notice Period: Must be available immediately or within 15 days
