Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team in the Energy Trading Risk Management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and extensive experience in energy trading risk management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, Windows Applications, Service-Oriented Technologies).
- Work extensively on Energy Trading Risk Management Systems (ETRMS) focusing on Gas, Power, NGLs, and Oil trading.
- Build and maintain PowerBI reports to facilitate real-time decision making.
- Scripting tasks automation using Python and PowerShell to enhance system efficiencies.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and project workflows in Azure DevOps.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing complex stored procedures (PL/SQL, T-SQL) and conducting data modeling to support business processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve existing systems through robust testing, debugging, and verification practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in application development using the .NET framework.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in Energy Trading Risk Management Systems.
- Proficient in building PowerBI reports and scripting with Python & PowerShell.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server databases, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and data modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
