key Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Connect with prospects via calls, product demos, and presentations
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion rates
Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups to close deals efficiently

1–5 years of experience in EdTech / SaaS / Digital Services sales
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is preferred

Comfortable with high-volume calling and quick sales cycles
Strong self-motivation, resilience, and competitive mindset
