5thir is a SaaS-based digital business enablement platform that provides Professional Profiles, Company Pages, Digital vCards (including NFC-based vCards), Community and Event Management, AI-enabled Quiz Modules, Certificate Hosting and Issuance, and Conference Management Tools. All paid offerings are available strictly as one-time Annual Packages with a 12-month validity. There is no auto-renewal and no automatic debit of any kind. Payments are collected only for access to software features and digital tools and are processed in a secure manner fully compliant with Indian payment gateway standards, banking regulations, and applicable RBI guidelines.

Each paid package is valid for 12 months from activation
Packages must be manually repurchased after expiry
Unused quotas expire automatically after 12 months
GST invoice issued as per Indian tax laws

Data Retention & Renewal Policy

  • Packages remain active for 12 months from activation.
  • Upon renewal, hosted digital assets remain active.
  • If not renewed, a 90-day grace period applies.
  • Account may downgrade to Free limits during grace period.
  • User-generated digital content will be retained for a period of up to 6 (six) months from the date of plan expiry.
  • If the user:
    1. Renews or re-purchases a subscription plan within the Retention Period, or
    2. Maintains an active account with continued platform activity,
  • The Retention Period may be extended at the platform’s discretion.
  • After expiry of the retention period the content may be archived, anonymized, or permanently deleted in accordance with our internal data retention and backup policies.
