All payments are processed through RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways using secure encryption and industry-standard security protocols (including PCI-DSS compliance). Payment information is entered directly on the payment gateway’s secure interface and is not accessible to or stored by the Company.

We only receive limited transactional details necessary for order confirmation, reconciliation, and fraud prevention.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

5thir is a global platform. Primary servers are located in India. Backup data may be stored within secure cloud infrastructure operated by reputable service providers in compliance with applicable Indian data protection standards. Appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect such backup data.

7. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
