I am Delivery Partner at LTIMindtree, a global IT consulting and solutions provider. With 20 years of experience in technology industry, I have developed a strong expertise in project and program management, delivery management, and strategic execution for growth. In my current role, I lead the program and delivery management for large US-based tech customers in their digital transformation journey. I am responsible for the governance and execution of a portfolio of programs that span across product development, customer experience, quality and assurance, digital engineering, and cloud and infrastructure. I own the P&L and drive the business strategy to achieve sustainable growth. I enjoy leading large matrix-based teams across functions, service lines, and CoEs, and empowering them to innovate and collaborate. My mission is to enable our customers to achieve their business goals and vision through technology.
