Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an Azure Support Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and infrastructure deployment of our Microsoft Azure environment. This role will be responsible for deploying solutions using Azure services, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy systems and infrastructure environments using Azure services.
- Configure and manage Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, and Key Vaults.
- Design and implement Virtual Networks, Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Private Endpoints.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure environments using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Configure and support Azure Bastion and Azure Backup solutions.
- Configure integrations between Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure resources.
- Manage incidents, change requests, and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support and manage support cases as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure administration, support, or infrastructure deployment.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, even when team members or managers are unavailable or occupied.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to appropriately report issues, seek guidance, and escalate when necessary.
- Possess sound judgment, professional business etiquette, and general workplace professionalism.
