Job Description
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time
- Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
- Generate, manage, and track invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and invoicing
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
