Overview: We are seeking a PMO Specialist to enhance our governance, reporting, and process standardization efforts for AI-driven credit decisioning and workflow automation projects within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure structured project execution.
2. Monitor and report on the performance of the project portfolio, providing key insights and updates to stakeholders.
3. Standardize project methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
4. Ensure all project activities comply with necessary regulatory standards.
5. Assist in the effective allocation of resources and perform risk assessments to identify potential project hurdles.
6. Provide support for change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and project integrations.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in PMO roles, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting AI-driven solutions, credit decisioning systems, and process automation projects.
3. Proficient in the use of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle detailed reporting.
