Overview:We are currently considering candidates for a Project Manager role, pending a successful bid for a client engagement in the banking sector. This role focuses on leading the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven credit decisioning, loan origination, OCR, and workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the project from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
3. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical personnel.
4. Ensure projects comply with relevant banking regulations and risk policies.
5. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and address project-related issues.
6. Oversee project performance, monitoring KPIs and adjusting project scope as necessary.
7. Manage relationships with vendors and integrate third-party services effectively.
8. Conduct detailed post-implementation reviews to assess system effectiveness and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry.
2. Proven track record with AI-driven financial solutions, loan origination systems, OCR technology, and workflow automation.
3. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
4. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and risk assessment.
5. Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
