Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools, Kubernetes, IaC, and cloud (GCP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments, high availability, and secure environments.
Core Responsibilities
CI/CD & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment processes.
- Integrate and configure tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Docker, and Nexus.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop reusable scripts using Unix Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Build, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in GCP environments.
- Automate environment creation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Support multi-environment cloud setups, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Operations & Security
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Testing teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Implement security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, artifact scanning, and access control policies.
- Ensure service resilience, incident recovery, and adherence to SRE/DevOps operational standards.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and toolchain integration.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Programming knowledge: Java 17, Python, PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GCP DevOps tools and services.
- Knowledge of security scanning tools and container security.
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
