Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Expert with a strong background in mobile view design, wireframing, and advanced report generation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Power BI solutions, particularly with mobile optimization, and will be adept at building interactive executive reports with drill-down and drill-up capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that are optimized for mobile devices. Ensure reports are interactive, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights.
• Mobile View Optimization: Create and fine-tune Power BI mobile views, ensuring that dashboards and reports are fully responsive and user-friendly on various mobile platforms.
• Wireframing: Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline and plan the design and functionality of Power BI reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet business requirements.
• SQL Integration: Write and optimize SQL queries to effectively extract, transform, and load data into Power BI. Ensure data integrity and performance across all reports and dashboards.
• Executive Reporting: Build and enhance executive-level reports that feature drill-down and drill-up capabilities. Enable users to explore data at different levels of detail and derive meaningful insights.
• Project Leadership: Lead at least two Power BI projects focusing on mobile view design and report generation. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, and provide solutions. Present findings and demonstrate report functionalities.
• Best Practices Implementation: Stay current with Power BI developments, industry trends, and best practices. Advocate for and implement best practices in report design, data visualization, and mobile optimization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development with a focus on mobile view design and advanced report generation. Proven experience managing and delivering Power BI projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation. Experience in designing mobile-optimized Power BI reports.
• Project Experience: Demonstrated experience with at least two Power BI projects involving mobile view design. Proven ability to create executive reports with drill-down and drill-up functionalities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are advantageous.
