Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UIPath Developer / Senior Developer with a strong background in the banking sector to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance our banking operations, streamline financial processes, and improve client service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and banking industry knowledge to drive innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RPA solutions using UIPath to automate complex banking processes such as loan processing, risk assessment, compliance checks, and customer service operations.
• Analyze and map banking workflows to identify automation opportunities that can significantly enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain scalable and robust RPA scripts that integrate seamlessly with existing banking systems and databases.
• Collaborate with banking professionals and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership in the deployment of UIPath Orchestrator for process management and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers in RPA techniques and best practices within the banking context.
• Document automation processes, maintain detailed reports on the progress and performance of RPA initiatives, and present findings to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all automation solutions are compliant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in finance or banking.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UIPath Developer, specifically in the banking industry.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in UIPath Studio and Orchestrator, with a deep understanding of RPA best practices and challenges in banking.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python, and familiarity with banking systems and databases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UIPath RPA Developer certification.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in the banking sector.
• Experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies with RPA to drive advanced data processing and decision-making.
