Job Description
Primary Objective
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage social media influencers, content creators, community leaders, and affiliate partners who can promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Acquisition
Find relevant influencers on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Build and maintain an influencer database.
Reach out via DM, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Negotiate collaborations and affiliate partnerships.
Track influencer performance and ROI.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media campaigns.
Run Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns.
Create campaign briefs and content calendars.
Monitor engagement, leads, and conversions.
Community Growth
Identify niche communities relevant to our products.
Build partnerships with community admins.
Coordinate webinars, events, and promotional activities.
Drive signups and member growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Track:
Cost per lead
Cost per influencer acquired
Campaign ROI
Social media growth
Conversion rates
Desired Skills
