Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Power BI & Analytics Engineer with 5+ years of experience who is strong in Power BI development, data analytics, and business intelligence, with good exposure to modern data engineering technologies.
The ideal candidate should be an Analytics-first all-rounder—stronger as a BI/Analytics professional than a pure Data Engineer, but capable of understanding and working across the complete data lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Build complex, enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
Develop advanced DAX measures, Power Query/M, KPIs, semantic models, and data models.
Design optimized star-schema/dimensional models and troubleshoot Power BI performance.
Work with Power BI Service, workspaces, refreshes, gateways, deployment, and RLS.
Analyze large datasets and convert business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and actionable dashboards.
Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
Develop/support Azure

We are not looking for only a Power BI report developer or a pure Data Engineer. We need someone who can understand:
Business Problem ? Data ? ETL ? Warehouse/Lakehouse ? Modeling ? Power BI ? Analytics ? Business Insight
Power BI and Analytics should be the candidate's strongest areas, with sufficient breadth across the modern data stack to work as an all-round BI/Analytics Engineer.
