Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Description:

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using Power BI.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Optimize data models and queries for efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create data visualizations and reports that are easy to understand and navigate.
• Maintain and support existing BI solutions and data pipelines.
• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends to suggest improvements.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Power BI desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M query languages.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL databases and querying data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are advantageous.
