  • Lead the ServiceNow Development POD and act as the technical point of contact for day-to-day development activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, request workflows, and process-based solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal components and custom widgets.
