Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
ServiceNow Administration
• Maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, workflows, and notifications
• Configure and update Service Catalog items
• Support user and group administration activities
• Assist with incident, request, and workflow configuration
• Perform platform housekeeping and maintenance activities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Meet with business stakeholders to understand requests and enhancement needs
• Document business requirements and user stories
• Create process flows, diagrams, and configuration documentation
• Assist with solution design for new requests
Development & Configuration
• Implement low-to-medium complexity enhancements
• Update forms, fields, workflows, and business rules
• Configure reports and dashboards
• Assist with workflow automation initiatives
• Support integration activities under senior developer guidance
Testing & Release Support
• Create and execute test plans
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Document test results and remediation items
• Support release validation efforts
• Verify successful deployment of enhancements
Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Maintain technical documentation
• Document business processes and workflows
• Create support procedures and user guides
• Assist with platform discovery and inventory efforts
• Maintain organized project and support documentation repositories
Stakeholder Support
• Serve as a primary daytime contact for ServiceNow-related enhancement requests
• Coordinate with IT, business units, and project stakeholders
• Assist with platform adoption and training activities
• Support troubleshooting efforts as needed
